SHIPPING & PAYMENT DETAILS
BluePaw Accepts the following payment methods -
Shipping times can vary based on the item, quantity and time of the year. Most orders take 2-3 weeks to print and ship from the time of payment completion.
Orders will not be placed until payment has been made in full. Each order has a $20 non-refundable deductible that goes to the design efforts of the artist. Refunds and cancellations after payment has been made and design work has started will not include the deductible. If shipping, quality or printing issues occur, they will be dealt with in an orderly and timely manor for complete customer satisfaction.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All sales are final once the invoice has been made and customer has received delivery. Customers are eligible to full refund if the invoice has been paid but the artist has not begun the design process. If payment has been made and the order has been rendered but not sent to be printed and/or mounted, the customer will be charged the $20 deductible for artist efforts and will receive a refund for the remaining balance. Issues with shipping or lost orders will be dealt with through the shipping courier in a timely and professional manner. If an order has been lost or stolen after tracking information has been given to customer, a replacement order will be made upon customer's approval and discretion of BluPaw design on a case-to-case basis. Any issues with the final product once it is received by the customer will be dealt with in a timely and professional manner for full customer satisfaction. This includes any damage, mistakes or other attributes that differ from initial order placed. Results on each rendering vary and one result may differ from the next with same order details. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for whatever reason the customer is not fully satisfied, BluPaw Design will make efforts to achieve this complete satisfaction.
